Saturday 20th August.
Bishop Mac Daid will lead the Clogher Jubilee Year of
Mercy One Day Retreat on Lough Derg. Friends of
Lough Derg have organised a bus to Lough Derg on
Saturday 20th August, Shirley Arms Hotel, Carrickmacross
at 7.30am and Broomfield Church at 7.40am. Please
contact Clare 086 0886846 or Padraig 087 2332215 by
Monday August 15th to secure a seat. Admission to Lough
Derg €40 (includes refreshments on the island). As this is
a diocesan event, bus is subsidised by parishes – see
notice in Church porch. (People booked to travel on this
bus do not need to book directly with Lough Derg).
