The Annual Procession of Our Lady

In honour of the 100th Anniversary of the apparition of Our Lady in Fatima in 1917, our annual procession will take place on Sunday 13 August at 3pm. Please assemble at St Oliver Plunkett Cemetery, Donaghmoyne Road.
A Statue of Our Lady of Fatima will be carried through the town and the Rosary will be recited and Stedfast Brass Band will take part in the procession.
After the procession all will have the opportunity to pray and reflect on the Fatima message in the Shirley Arms Hotel. The Guest speaker is Thomas McCormack who is the Director /Producer of the award winning film “The Call to Fatima” in 12 languages. He spent many years with all those who knew Sr Lucia personally and will share a unique insight on what Sr Lucia wanted all to know. There will be time for questions before the evening closes with the enrolment of the Brown Scapular at the end of the talk. All are very welcome to this special event.
