Welcome to the Schola Cantorum of Santa Fe.

Welcome to the Schola Cantorum of Santa Fe. We in Carrickmacross are delighted to welcome, from the American Southwest, the Schola Cantorum of Santa Fe. They are presenting a concert of sacred music in St. Joseph’s church next Thursday, June 30 at 7pm. The concert will last for sixty minutes and will draw from a varied and rich repertoire. The concert in Carrickmacross is part of a two week tour of Ireland which will include a workshop with Anúna in Dublin and the Cois Cladaigh Chamber Choir in Galway. Relatives of the choir’s director emigrated from the area during the famine. All are welcome.
