Office and local bookshops.Price 10Euro . Proceeds from
the sale of the book will go to Charity.

Thank You As Fr. Padraig begins his work in Trillick
parish this weekend we wish him well and welcome Fr.
Michael. Fr. Padraig wishes to thank everyone for their
kindness and words of encouragement as he left the
parish. ‘I was moved at the extent of people’s goodness
and humbled by the kind words spoken to me. I will
cherish

Parish Presentation Night to Fr. Pádraig Mac Kenna on Wednesday 24th August, 2016. Mass celebrated at 7pm and Refreshments served in The Shirley Arms Hotel, Carrickmacross afterwards. Tickets available in the Parish Office, the Sacristy, Liturgy Group
members, Walsh’s Newsagents, Birdie’s and David O’Rourke’s. We invite you all to celebrate in Fr. McKenna’s farewell Mass.

We would like to wish Father Pádraig Mac Kenna our best wishes as he moves to Trillick at the end of this month, and we would like to welcome Father Michael Jordan to the Parish of Carrickmacross.

In today’s reading from Hebrews, it is said of Abraham “he looked forward to a city founded, designed and built by God”.  In the Gospel reading Jesus tells his disciples “where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”
