There will be a 10am morning and 7.30pm Evening Mass. The Assumption of Mary honours the fullness of blessedness that was her destiny , the glorification of her immaculate soul and virginal body that completely confirmed her to the risen Christ.

Sunday 12^th August , led by Stedfast Shoe Brass Band. Assemble at Bully Acre at 3 O’clock. Refreshments in Valley Lodge afterwards. Every one welcome.

World Meeting of families  2018 ( Accommodation needed) Spanish famiy groups needing accommodation in the Carrickmacropss area. Needed are 1,2,3 bedrooms for families attending the World Meeting of families, week of 20th-27th August. familes will be leaving each morning early, ( no breakfast required) and returning aprox 10 Oclock each night. Papal Mass in Phoenix Park : Tickets for the Papal Mass in the Phoenix Park, Dublin on afternoon of Sunday 26 August will go online on www.worldmeeting2018.ie from 25 June 2018. Tickets will be FREE. National collection for the World Meeting of Families 2018 , please support the UPCOMING  Fourth National Collection for WMOF 2018 which will take place in our Parish  on the 16^th and 17^th June .

WMOF2018 Pray-A-Thon The WMOF2018 has launched a PRAY-A-THON to reach out to family members/friends and pray for them and any special intentions they might have. Similar to the aim of read-a-thons, which foster the habit of regular reading, the Pray-A-Thon can encourage children in the practice of praying within the family home. The new set of Planned Giving Envelopes are now ready for distribution. People who are willing to help with the distribution of them are asked to call to the Sacristy today Sun 10^th June to collect their boxes.  We would appreciate all the help we can get with these. 

Please note that the Parish office will also be opened on Wednesday Mornings from 10am – 12.30 .
